A sprawling four-bedroom property in Victoria, Australia, is a must buy for any Disney or Pixar fan – although it will set you back around £736,000 ($1,350,000).

13 View Gully Road in the Hopetoun Park area of Victoria is described as the “perfect blend of modern luxury meets functionality”, but it’s not the home’s spacious layout that has been catching people’s attention.

By far the most unique selling point of the property is its impressive murals featured in two of the four bedrooms, which depict famous scenes from some of Disney Pixar’s best-selling movies.

One bedroom includes a feature wall with a large painting from Disney’s 2016 flick Moana.

While another bedroom takes inspiration from the Disney Pixar movie Cars, complete with another stunning mural as well as a racing car bed.

There’s also another painting in one of the communal areas which depicts the main characters from Disney Pixar’s Toy Story franchise.

The description of the home on reads: “The remaining bedrooms are all double rooms each with their own walk-in robe and feature wall murals that will impress the young ones and have them wanting to go to their rooms!

“The large living area situated in the right wing of the house between the bedrooms includes an amazing kids retreat offering the perfect space for the children to entertain themselves and give the parents a break.”

And for those who don’t have an obsession with Disney, there’s plenty of other features to get excited about.

The home also comes with a barbecue area, a large shed with running water and power, a dog run, and a chicken coop.

There’s also a CCTV camera system in place, and an in-home theatre room which is fully equipped with sound system and elevated stage seating – perfect for binge-watching those Disney Pixar classics.

But those interested in splashing the cash on the property should register their interest quickly, as the home won’t be available for long.

Shane Spiteri, an agent for YPA Melton, said: “The market’s hot, I had 20 people to the first open for inspection for this home.

“I wish I had five more of these in Hopetoun Park because I would sell them all.”
